Solid Swiss agreement for SFS

Solid Form Solutions (SFS), Roslin’s world-leading contract research organisation, has announced a co-promotion agreement with Swiss pharmaceutical supplier Tillotts Services which will enable both companies to cross-sell their products and services.

SFS provides ‘solid state’ chemical development services, and its work programs include salt screening, crystallisation screening and batch process development. Tillotts specialises in the development and commercialisation of pharmaceutical products, diagnostics, and medical devices for use in the field of gastroenterology, and has headquarters in Rheinfelden, Switzerland.

Both companies’ offerings are complementary and the new agreement will enable them to offer customers an integrated service from API development and characterisation all the way through to formulation design, clinical and commercial drug product supply, and packaging.

Tillots, a subsidiary of Japan-based Zeria Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., could also help SFS break into the Japanese market.
