During the day, delegates will be able to hear about the Scottish Enterprise programmes that are helping a variety of companies develop leaders and build their businesses. 

They will also hear from Brigadier David Allfrey, Producer of the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo, who will provide some fascinating insights into how the skills he developed during a 34-year army career have translated into the very different world of business.
