Listen and learn from your visitors in 2013
18 December 2012
The Listening to our Visitors workshops run by Tourism Intelligence Scotland demonstrate how businesses can effectively solicit and receive highly specific feedback that can be translated into action.
Visitor feedback is an untapped opportunity that many tourism businesses could use to improve performance and drive growth.
The popular workshops are designed for managers, owners and staff who receive feedback or are responsible for using it to plan how services are provided.
Workshop topics include:
- why feedback is crucial
- best practice, what has worked for others and sharing examples
- ways to collect more feedback
- what to do with feedback to best benefit your business
- how to make it happen within your business - action plans
Each workshop runs for three hours and costs £25 plus VAT. Workshops in 2013 will be run at different locations around Scotland and in major centres.
More information about dates and booking information are available from Tourism Intelligence Scotland.
