Aberdeen Asset Management Growth Capital invests in smaller companies, typically with an enterprise value of less than £15 million, in transactions requiring £0.5 million to £5 million of equity finance. They are focused on the provision of equity funding for a range of private and public company transactions, including MBO/MBIs, expansion capital, replacement capital, and acquisition finance, alongside investment in new and secondary AIM issues.
They have a total of ten experienced executives responsible for new deal activity, operating from seven offices spread throughout the UK - three of these are in Scotland. They provide a close, flexible and supportive partnership role, working with each management team to enhance and develop shareholder value.
