If you have already entered the competition, the judging process is:

1.  The closing date for entries was Friday 30 November 2007. Entries will be judged by a panel in each of Scottish Enterprise’s 12 Local Enterprise Company areas. In addition, there will be one national panel to judge the best of these and select an overall winner of the competition.
2. There will be a prize of £1,000 plus £500 free legal advice in each Local Enterprise Company area, with the 12 winners going forward for the national prize of an additional prize of £4,000 and a further £.2000 of legal advice. Prize money will be paid in to your business bank account. Winners will be required to open a business bank account by 28 February 2008.
3. The decision of the judging panel will be final and no discussion will entered into regarding this. Scottish Enterprise reserves the right (in its entire discretion) to (a) change these competition terms and conditions; (b) not to select any winner(s); and, (c) not to award any prize(s), in each case without assigning any reason.
