Asking our customers what they think of Scottish Enterprise is the best way to find out how we should improve.

We have recently completed a customer survey, and will be publishing the results soon.

The most recent survey for which results are available was carried out in 2005.

Scottish Enterprise (Business) Customer Survey Results 2005

The survey was conducted by the in-house customer research team, between February and May 2005.

Highlights

  • 87 per cent of customers are fairly or very satisfied with the service they have received
  • 84 per cent of customers are fairly or very satisfied that our people are experienced
  • 81 per cent of customers are fairly or very satisfied that we provide a quality service

Areas for improvements

  • 69 per cent of customers are fairly or very satisfied that our people understand their business sector
  • 69 per cent of customers are fairly or very satisfied that we are proactive
  • 71 per cent of customers are fairly or very satisfied that we provide a value for money service
