Strategy
Our strategy to support and grow Scotland’s digital markets and enabling technologies industry role is to:
- contribute to the development of one of the Government Economic Strategy’s key sectors (the creative industries) by growing Scotland's involvement in key markets enabled by digital content and technologies
- grow our capability in focussed areas of distinctive technology strength where this can increase the competitiveness of our priority industries.
The sector is characterised by a variety of technologies and growing markets represented by a number of industry trade bodies.
Contribute to our strategy
We are working with industry and stakeholders in the development of Industry Advisory Boards to develop a new strategy for digital markets and enabling technologies.
