2009 programme
Following the completion of an intensive training programme, the consultancy teams, supported by local and international business advisers and mentors, will work with you to help realise your business performance objectives. This will involve working on projects that you have identified as vitally important to your company's success. Projects selected will be wide-ranging, and may include activities such as market research, customer feedback, product development, process review, business efficiency, ICT, attracting investment or creating a Human Resources plan.
Participating in EDGE 2009 will allow you to access an extensive resource of local and international business experts through networks such as Globalscot. These experts will advise the consultancy teams and provide a unique opportunity for your business to benefit from their experience and expertise in a range of disciplines and markets.
