Freedom of Information
The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 provides a general right of access to information held by Scottish Public Authorities. Scottish Enterprise is subject to the provisions of the Act relating to publication schemes from 30 November 2004, and the Act came fully into force on 1 January 2005.
