Food and drink strategy
Scotland Food and Drink is a leadership organisation that brings together the whole of the industry to make the most of our natural resources, the skills and the energy of our businesses.
We work with Scotland Food and Drink to help achieve its ambitions for industry growth, which are to:
- increase turnover from £7.6 billion to £10 billion by 2017;
- continue outperforming GVA (Gross Value Added) rates of Scottish manufacturing, the wider Scottish economy and the UK food and drink industry; and
- position Scotland in the top three of the world’s producers of premium products.
