On this page you will find a list of suppliers who currently have framework agreements with Scottish Enterprise.

Framework agreement for marketing

The Scottish Government is developing a marketing services framework which will cover most public sector bodies and organisations in Scotland, including Scottish Enterprise. This framework is due later this year and will supersede our own framework which was put in place in 2004.

However there are some exceptions, and we are tendering for the following marketing services categories for the Scottish Enterprise framework:

  • photography;
  • digital video and media;
  • newsletters;
  • telemarketing; and
  • copywriting.

This process is already under way, and only those companies who successfully passed the pre-qualification stage have been invited to tender. We cannot admit any more suppliers to the process.

Framework agreement for provision of web services for Scottish Enterprise

This three year framework agreement is in place with effect 30 March 2006. The list of framework suppliers is available for download.
