Your application for our R&D Grant must include your business plan and recent accounts.
Your business plan will be used to assess where the project fits into the business strategy. It should include:
- A brief description of your business and the roles of key staff.
- A description of how you see your business developing over the next few years.
- An explanation of how the project fits in with your plans and how you expect the project to affect your current sales, profit and employment levels.
- Details of how your business will be financed.
Your recent accounts will help us assess the strength of the business, the viability of the project and the need for grant. If your business is part of a group, you will need to include similar accounts for the parent and ultimate holding companies.
'If you have an established relationship management arrangement with us and you’ve already provided some or all of this information for other purposes, please discuss this with your relationship manager before you apply.
