How to use the interactive process map
Follow these easy steps to guide you through our interactive process map.
Step 1
Use the navigation tabs at the top to select a stage in the process to view – ‘Enquire’, ‘Apply’, ‘Decision’, ‘Payment’ and ‘Audit’.
Step 2
Use the side navigation to access information on each step. Alternatively you can use the 'NEXT' and 'BACK' buttons to take you through the steps.
Step 3
The ‘Resources’ tab provides you with all the useful links and downloads you will need to complete each stage.
