• Enterprise Europe Scotland are your local gateway to a wealth of information on doing business, finding collaborative partners and increasing your competitiveness in Europe.
• Product Realisation Centres help Scottish entrepreneurs, start up companies and SMEs get their products to market
• The Innovators Counselling and Advisory Service for Scotland (ICASS) is a Scottish Government initiative that provides specialist advice and support for Scotland's inventors and innovative companies.
• The Intellectual Assets Centre is a first in Scotland and indeed Europe, and assists businesses in learning about and deriving value from their intellectual assets.
• Interface is a matchmaking service connecting businesses to world class expertise, knowledge and research facilities available in all Scotland's Universities and Research Institutes.
• Knowledge Transfer Partnerships helps businesses to improve their competitiveness and productivity through the better use of knowledge, technology and skills that reside within the UK knowledge base
• The National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA) is committed to stimulating and fostering innovation in the UK for both economic and social benefit.
• The Business Gateway outlines how to use innovation to grow your business and identifies grants to support it.
• The Technology Strategy Board and Research Councils collaborate to increase economic benefit for the UK, by helping to accelerate the translation of research excellence into new and improved products and services.
• AURIL are the Association for University and Research and Industry links.
• Targeting Innovation are one of the UK's leading innovation consultancies, offering a range of products and services to help businesses achieve their growth ambitions.
• Ideas 21 is a membership-based organisation and specialises in the successful commercialisation of ideas and intellectual property. Supported by government and industry, ideas21 provides members with workshops, seminars, one-to-one advice sessions and ask an expert on-line designed to help inventors and innovators.
• Ideavalue Open are designed for innovation, marketing and R&D functions new technology focused on developing creativity and identifying new ideas for progress or disruptive innovation.

Networks

• The Scottish Innovators Network (SIN) is partly about creating a new outlet or conduit for forward looking people. SIN is about providing a sounding wall, helping hand, positive word of advice or simply a friendly ear for tomorrows’ movers and shakers.
• Global Innovation Network are a social network and community of practice dedicated to facilitating innovation and business development by bringing together businesses, entrepreneurs, academics, researchers and investors in one place.
