If you're facing a specific business challenge (or goal) our business mentoring programme is designed for you.
We offer three types of mentoring:

One-to-one - You, as the business leader, work directly with a mentor

Group - You and a group of likeminded Scottish business leaders meet with a mentor together

'Take three' mentoring - Up to three members of your management team OR yourself and leaders from two other businesses can come together for mentoring on the same (or similar) themes
How it works
- Matchmaking – Once you register, we'll get in touch to find out more about your business goals, then we'll suggest a mentor who has faced (and overcome) similar challenges.
- Regular, practical support – You'll meet your mentor every month (for up to a year) to discuss business objectives and emerging opportunities.
Who's eligible?
This programme is designed for decision makers from growing businesses and social enterprise.
When does it start?
It's ongoing. You register your interest, and we'll aim to match you with a mentor within a month.
