Join Leadership Essentials to define your leadership style and address a specific challenge within your business through a series of half-day workshops. You'll also receive a personal introduction to Business Mentoring Scotland so that you can benefit from ongoing business advice.
Programme highlights
Learn about different leadership styles, work out which is right for you, and devise an action plan.
- A personal assessment - We will talk to you about your leadership and communication style and help you create an action plan for a current business issue.
- A series of workshops: Half-day workshops over an 8 week period will demonstrate the importance of leadership to your business in terms of strategy, innovation and market development.
- One-to-one mentoring: At the end of the programme we will introduce you to Business Mentoring Scotland (a service provided by Scottish Chambers of Commerce in partnership with Scottish Enterprise). This will match you to an experienced mentor who can help you over the next 12 months.

Are you eligible?
This programme will benefit you if you are a key decision maker in a growing Scottish business and interested in developing your leadership qualities to increase turnover, exploit new markets or improve productivity.

When does it start?
Leadership Essentials events are hosted in various locations throughout Scotland. We have programmes planned for May and September in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
What does it cost?
It's usually £400 per person + VAT but register now and take advantage of our 50% discount.
How to apply
Register your interest in any Leadership Essentials programme by completing the pre-registration form. We will notify you of all new events.
Spaces are limited so there is a maximum of 2 participants per company.
