On an international Leadership Learning Journey, you’ll meet and share knowledge with senior people from inspiring global organisations.
Programme highlights
Travel overseas with other Scottish business leaders to visit other companies and meet their senior staff. Previous journeys have seen candidates visit Ralph Lauren, Google, Bloomberg, Stanford University and the FBI.
All journeys are a little bit different and designed to meet the needs of the group. You’ll have an opportunity to share experiences and build new contacts. Your journey will last anything from 3 days to 1 week (depending where you go), visiting a range of inspiring host companies with other Scottish leaders.
Are you eligible?
Leadership Learning Journeys are designed for the most senior figures from growing Scottish businesses. They are only available to companies working with a Scottish Enterprise Account Manager.
When does it start?
We organise a number of journeys throughout the year. Please contact your Account Manager for details on planned trips.
What does it cost?
It depends on the type of trip you go on and can vary from £1,000 to £2,500 per person + VAT.
