Lean Management Thinking is our specialist programme for those looking to streamline their organisation and make efficiency gains.

It works in three stages:

• Sessions run by management experts will introduce you and other companies to winning ways of streamlining your business model.
• You’ll then have the opportunity to receive one-to-one support from an expert, helping achieve lean management in your organisation.
• After six months, a special de-briefing event will give you and other businesses the chance to compare notes and demonstrate how Lean has helped you achieve efficiencies.

Am I eligible?

Any company with upwards of 20 staff can apply, particularly if your business can form a team we can work with over a six-month period. We will though welcome applications from all committed companies.

What are the costs?

£1,500 (+ VAT) for SMEs, and £2,000 (+ VAT) for larger firms.
