Travel information
Glasgow is easily reached by its international airports, Glasgow International and Glasgow Prestwick. Glasgow International Airport is less than 15 minutes’ drive by direct motorway link from the city centre.
By car
Situated just off Junction 19 of the M8 motorway, the SECC is within five minutes’ drive of Glasgow city centre. From the M8, take the westbound Clydeside Expressway (A814), then exit at the ‘SECC West’ slip road.
The SECC has parking facilities for over 2000 cars. The rate for parking is £6 per vehicle, per visit. Payment is taken on exit on a cash-only basis.

By train
Exhibition Centre Station is the SECC’s own dedicated railway station, allowing easy access from the city centre and the suburbs. Six trains an hour (around every 10 minutes) run from Glasgow Central Station (Platform 17 on the lower level) and will take you to Exhibition Centre Station in just three minutes. Scotrail offers the easiest, cheapest and quickest way to get to the SECC.
