How the funding is approved
The Project Review panel, made up of staff from the Scottish Government and Scottish Enterprise, meets 11 times per year to review proposals. A representative from Universities Scotland Research and Commercialisation Committee is invited to attend each meeting as an observer.
You must submit your proposal to the panel at least two weeks before the meeting.
Papers received after these deadlines will be held over until the next meeting.
The Panel will make its recommendation within two weeks of the meeting date.
