There were no projects approved within delegated authority during the period 9 February to 15 March 2007. The details of investments for this period are provided below:
Scottish Venture Fund
SVF invested £2 million (convertible loan notes) in Intense Ltd for the acquisition of High Power Devices Inc (a US business) and to provide funds for organic growth.
Direct Investment
SE invested €974,316.00 in the European Investment Fund.
