The Scottish Venture Fund Investment Team obtained final approval on 28th April 2008 for the sum of £742,990 to be invested in 144,720 Ordinary Shares in MMIC Solutions Limited, taking the SE equity holding in this company to 17.9 per cent (16.2 per cent fully diluted) for a cumulative investment of £1,035,000. This deal completed on 30th April 2008.
