Approvals within delegated authority
The following projects were approved within delegated authority during the period 11 October 2007 to 15 November 2007. The details are provided below.
The Prince’s Scottish Youth Business Trust (PSYBT)
The Chief Executive approved expenditure of up to £2.2 million over the next three years on a new Operational Agreement with PSYBT to continue SE’s contribution to PSYBT’s core activities and the delivery of loans to young people.
SDI Support for the higher and further education sector
Approval had been given by the Deputy First Minister for SDI to formally assume responsibility to support the internationalisation of organisations in the higher and further education sectors in a two year pilot project.
The Chief Operating Officer granted approval for SE funding of £1 million over a two-year period to support this Ministerial priority.
