Approvals within delegated authority
The following projects were approved within delegated authority during December. The details are provided below.
International Marketing Communications Suppliers
The Chief Executive approved expenditure of £2.5 million over 3 years for the above project which will increase the awareness of Scotland as an inventive and innovative place in which to do business. It will promote knowledge application in Scotland to existing and potential inward investors.
Marketing Resource Management System Implementation
Approval was granted by the Senior Director Customer Relations for £790,000 over 5 years for this project which involves the planning and implementation of a pilot 'market resource management system' for CR marketing. Following the pilot stage a full roll out of the system is planned.
