Approvals within delegated authority
The following projects were approved within delegated authority during the period 18 August to 21 September 2006. The details are provided below.
Scottish Co-investment Fund Investments over £250,000
Intense Limited
The Investment Team has approved the sum of £500,000 to be invested in Intense Ltd by way of 8 per cent convertible unsecured loan notes 2008. Intense Ltd develops laser array module solutions for the digital printing industry.
