Freedom of Information
The Freedom Of Information (Scotland) Act came into force on 1 January 2005. It means that anyone who asks for information from a public body is entitled to receive it, subject to certain exemptions.
Scottish Enterprise publishes a great deal of information as a matter of course. Much of it is available on this website. Our publication scheme lists this information. If you want information from us, it's the best place to start.
We will be revising the publication scheme in the near future and would welcome your feedback on how it can be improved.
If you can't find what you're looking for there, you can request information which is not in our publication scheme.
