International accommodation packages
We offer accommodation packages for companies looking to establish an overseas base and reach new markets. Our packages offer the following services.
Virtual offices
You will be provided with a telephone number for a specified international office and a mailing address. Onsite staff answer the telephone calls using the company’s name and deal with mail.
Incubator offices
These are designed to help you move staff into new territories and make the transition from a virtual office to a full presence in a particular country.
Touchdown/Transit services
You can book a workstation in advance - by the hour, half day or full day.
Meeting rooms
You can book professional meeting and training rooms worldwide, configured to your exact requirements. Rooms may be booked by the day, half day or by the hour. All equipment is provided and video conferencing is available for remote meetings.
You can access on-site incubation and support services provided by our staff at five key locations throughout the world – Boston, Houston and San Jose in the USA, Shanghai in China and Singapore.
We also work in partnership with managed office space giants, Regus, providing discounted office space at more than 400 centres across the world. In addition, you can benefit from support services, such as telephones, printers, photocopiers, fax machines and secretarial services, as well as use of communal areas such as cyber-cafes, business lounges, refreshment areas and shower facilities.
