Why it's important to get noticed Why it pays to communicate with customers Why selling online makes sound business sense Why good design matter to your business Why you need to keep your website fresh

Using the internet effectively can mean more visitors to your website, more customers and more sales. Our online seminars can help you get the most from e-business.

Each seminar covers a key issue for business websites, and lets you see how a Scottish business has tackled the problem successfully.

The Flash seminars open in a new window (please disable pop-up blockers in your browser), and last around 20 minutes.

You will need the Flash Player 6 or later to see the Flash seminars (there are accessible HTML alternatives). You can download the Flash Player from Macromedia's website.

The player is 480kb, and will take about a minute to download on a dialup connection. Downloading it is free.

We recommend that you have a broadband connection to get the most out of the case studies.
