It was created by a group of passionate people in the industry who want to make the visitor experience in Scotland even better. Tourism Innovation Group
The Tourism Innovation Group (TiG) is determined that Scotland should participate fully in the global growth of tourism. It aims to encourage tourism operators to add to the quality, scope and success of tourism businesses by doing things differently, exploring new avenues, collaborating effectively and taking risks.
TiG is a private-sector led group with an active membership of over fifty businesses, representing a cross-section of tourism operators and entrepreneurs, joined with key representatives from the principal national support agencies.

Tourism Knowledge Scotland is a network of tourism experts from within Scottish universities who support innovation in tourism, through the transfer of knowledge from academia to industry.

Scottish Tourism Forum (STF)
The STF supports the effort to have tourism recognised as Scotland's leading sustainable industry and unite tourism interests through effective and independent communication and lobbying. It is an independent trade body comprising trade associations, businesses, marketing and local area tourism groups who earn their living from tourism or have an active interest in tourism.
