Located on the east coast of Scotland, the 134-acre (54 hectares) energy park offers over 500,000 square metres of industrial space, of which 300,000 square metres is available land for development with quayside access to the open sea.

The site includes:

  • existing fabrication and paint shops
  • two large quaysides
  • office facilities
  • power substations
  • lay-down space
  • floodlighting and internal heavy-load
  • roadways with 24-hour security
  • site manager services

No other location in the central area of Scotland has the capability to support the types of renewable energy and traditional oil and gas sector activities carried out here.

There are a number of businesses already on site including:

  • Professional Testing Services Ltd (heavy engineering NDT)
