Going4Growth Borders is targeted at entrepreneurs and will provide delegates with the chance to hear and learn from a panel of successful, local entrepreneurs as well as having opportunities to network.

Managing People for Growth is a programme of workshops designed to help organisations maximise the potential of their people managers, to allow them to become fully effective and to give them the tools and attitudes to continue that development throughout their career.

The Managing People for Growth programme will run from September 2010 to January 2011. There are four mandatory workshops plus four optional workshops and an optional review session.
