VisitScotland Growth Fund

The VisitScotland Growth Fund is part funded by the European Union and is designed to support tourism groups throughout Scotland in marketing their products and services to maximum potential. The fund is available to national, regional and local groups to help them reach new target markets and increase visitor numbers.

Skills Development Scotland Flexible Training Opportunities

Flexible Training Opportunities gives Scottish businesses with under 50 employees the opportunity to apply for up to £5,000 towards employee training costs. Enhancing employee’s skills will bring real benefits to your business including improved productivity and a stronger more confident workforce.

Scottish Rural Development Programme (SRDP)

The SRDP is a programme of economic, environmental and social measures, worth some £1.5 billion, designed to develop rural Scotland from 2007 to 2013. Individuals and groups may seek support to help deliver the Governmnet’s strategic objectives in rural Scotland.

LEADER

LEADER is a bottom-up method of delivering support for rural development through implementing local development strategies. Support, awarded by Local Action Groups (LAGs), is aimed at local projects with wide community benefit that show an element of originality or experimentation where possible and complement other activities within the local development strategy.
