Jeff Lockhart, St Andrews Management Centre, Cupar

Following a 20-year career in commercial and financial management with international businesses, Jeff established himself as a training consultant in 2002. In that time, he has worked with clients across the globe – over 300 companies in 15 countries, including Azerbaijan, China, Kuwait, Malaysia, Oman, Qatar, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates and the USA.

He is a director and co-owner of St Andrews Management Centre in Cupar, an approved centre of the Institute of Leadership and Management and the Scottish Qualifications Authority. It is also Scotland’s only accredited centre of the Institute of Export.

Tim G. E. Butler, St Andrews Brewing Company, St Andrews

Tim has over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, managing and growing business within this sector. His current business portfolio includes: Co-owner of the St Andrews Brewing Company, Managing Director and owner of The Seafood Restaurant, St Andrews.

The St. Andrews Brewing Company brewery and brewpub, founded in 2012, has been Tim’s recent passion. Establishing a strong brand, shaping an excellent team and a reputation for quality beers has been reflected in consistent company growth and increasing presence in the local and domestic markets.
