Glasgow’s food and drink scene continues to transform at a dynamic pace. Contemporary restaurants and enterprising bistros sit alongside cool coffee houses, tasteful cafes, craft beer bars and good food shops.
Scottish Enterprise invites you to the Scotland Food & Drink Network Dining Club to hear more about how you can be a part of this exciting changing landscape for food and drink in Glasgow.
Glasgow restaurateur and co-owner of Hutchesons, James Rusk, will share some of his experiences of the Glasgow food and drink scene, and his passion for Scottish produce - @james_rusk, @HutchesonsGLA.
We also have James Withers, chief executive of Scotland Food & Drink, joining us as guest speaker for the evening. James will offer an insight into the work that is taking place to develop a new food and drink strategy for Scotland - @scotfoodjames, @scotfooddrink.
Targeted at food and drink producers, chefs and hoteliers, the Scotland Food & Drink Network aims to support and drive the growth of the country's food and drink sector, in turn helping to maintain Scotland's reputation for excellence
