This free half-day event is the third in our popular Workplace Innovation Masterclass series.

There is evidence that empowering your employees to share the leadership of tasks and projects in the workplace can improve engagement and support innovation.

Keynote speakers confirmed for the masterclass include:

Stewart Bromley, Chief Operating Officer, Atom Bank

Stewart has more than 25 years’ experience as a senior business leader with organisations including First Direct and HSBC. He has led numerous change leadership and management initiatives, and has extensive experience in promoting shared leadership solutions in innovative workplaces.

Marianne Heijneman, Hands-On-Talent, Netherlands

Marianne is an executive coach who works with senior business leaders across Europe on developing their organisations’ leadership capabilities. Prior to her current role, Marianne spent twenty years at Mars, latterly as a senior HR practitioner involved in talent development and as Manager at ‘Mars University’, the organisation’s leadership development programme.

Dr Ashley Roberts, Warwick Business School, University of Warwick 

Ashley is Principal Teaching Fellow and Assistant Dean for Creativity at Warwick Business School. He is an Advanced Institute of Management (AIM) associate, a member of The British Academy of Management, and an academic member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. He has extensive experience in supporting MBA-level learning on leadership and in delivering executive leadership development. His recent research has focused on the outcomes of shared leadership projects.
