Intense focus on process can either get in the way of productivity or form the essential building blocks of growth – you’re likely to have experienced both in your journey so far. We believe that there are some key practices you can adopt within your organisation to foster innovation, productivity and growth.

During this workshop, we’ll provide you with four building blocks of ‘practice’ you can implement to create a platform to springboard your organisation to the forefront of effectiveness in your industry or market sector.

In this fun and interactive workshop, we we’ll focus on these four building blocks so that you can become:

  • An innovative organisation – see how to create a strong culture which promotes creativity and accountability
  • A learning organisation – ensure you learn from mistakes and use the rich experiences of failures to capture strategies for success in the years ahead
  • A flexible organisation – your businesses success lies in your ability to meet customer demands and the constant changes in the market place
  • A productive organisation – increasing productivity, twinned with constant learning and adapting to meet the right objectives, is what will help separate you from the competition and help you enjoy growth

This workshop series will provide you with a suite of tried and tested tools and ideas that have been successfully implemented in other organisations. It's an informal session designed to help you learn from each other, the content is designed to be helpful and practical, with a strong element of action planning attached to each session.

Not only will you learn a lot, you’ll have valuable time away from your business to think and identify small sustainable changes you can make to grow.

The Workshop Innovation workshop series includes three workshops (People, Place, and Practice). You’re welcome to attend all three or just an individual event.
