Developing a new business model and want to make sure that your proposition is air-tight?
The Business Model Development workshop will enable you to rigorously validate your business proposition by considering your proposed market and potential customers. This workshop is designed to highlight the importance of early product development and gives you useful tools to develop understanding of your customers.
You'll be introduced to market and customer validation methods such as the ‘Business Model Canvas’ in this workshop, where you will develop a proposition that can easily be presented to customers.
This workshop is for early stage businesses who are developing a new business model. However, it‘s also useful for established companies who are looking to launch a new product or service or to pivot an existing offering.
This workshop is delivered by The Wee Big Business Consultancy – who help wee businesses become big ones – in partnership with the Entrepreneurial Academy.
