What is the customer panel?
Our customer panel is a group of customers who chat to us about a variety of research activities to help us:
- Understand current industry issues
- Develop appropriate advertising campaigns
- Obtain direct feedback on our services and products
Research activities are usually undertaken via online surveys, telephone questionnaires or focus groups.
How to get involved
Complete our online form to register your interest in joining our customer panel.
One of the team will then contact you to confirm your registration and give further information about next steps. Once signed up to the panel, members can opt out at any time. We'll do our best to give as much advance notice as possible about the activities we want you to be involved in, however, sometimes there may be topics that require quick feedback and turnaround. We appreciate that not everyone will always be able to take part in all activities.
