We’re looking for your help in testing our new online services, so that they are designed to meet the needs of companies in Scotland. 

Your involvement is vital – what we develop must be right for you and your business. 

Help us transform the way you will apply for, access and manage funding and support from Scottish Enterprise in the future. 

This includes developing a new online account for all companies, which is being extensively tested.

What is the customer panel?

Our customer panel is a group of customers who chat to us about a variety of research activities to help us:

  • Understand current industry issues
  • Develop appropriate marketing and communication campaigns
  • Obtain direct feedback on our services and products

Research activities are usually undertaken via online surveys, telephone questionnaires or focus groups.

Time commitment varies depending on what’s being developed and tested.

How do I get involved?

What happens next?

Once signed up to the panel, you can opt out at any time. We'll do our best to give as much advance notice as possible about the activities we want you to be involved in. However, sometimes there may be topics that require quick feedback and turnaround. We appreciate that not everyone will always be able to take part in all activities.
