Sellers can have their orders fulfilled by Amazon for an additional fee. All they have to do is ensure their stock arrives safely to Amazon Fulfilment Warehousing.
Amazon UK allows sellers to sell to European customers when using the Amazon fulfilment network.
Amazon.com allows sellers to reach customers in the USA, Canada and Mexico using the Amazon fulfilment network.
