We submitted a tender response to the following opportunity:

Project Title: Scottish Manufacturing Advisory Service (SMAS) Consultancy Framework – Lot 6 - Strategic Supply Chain Development. Reference: P21-0003

We were placed second. We would like to see a redacted copy of the winning tender to understand how we can improve the quality of our submissions and hopefully secure work in the future.

We confirm that Scottish Enterprise holds information within the scope of your request. A copy of the tender response document is attached as Appendix A. Though we have attempted to release as much information as possible, please be aware that some of the information has been withheld under exemptions 38(1)(b) personal information and 33(1)(b) commercial interests. It is SE's view that the release of the full information would, or would be likely to, cause substantial harm to the legitimate commercial interests of the supplier. Release of any personal information would be in contravention of the data protection principles.
