The difference you'll make

As part of the general ledger maintenance team, you’ll maintain our supplier data to ensure that it’s accurate and up to date. You’ll follow our finance compliance procedures to:

  • Create new supplier records on our finance system
  • Complete validation checks for new suppliers and for data changes
  • Issue appropriate forms to suppliers when changes are needed
  • Maintain user records and authority levels

You’ll also deal with enquiries from suppliers and SE employees by phone and email.

The qualities you'll bring

You’ll have exceptional organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail. Discretion and confidentiality come naturally to you, and you’ll have experience of data handling, including high volume processing.

You’ll know your way around Microsoft Office and have a confident telephone manner. If you have experience of working in a finance environment and knowledge of SUN accounts, that will be a bonus.
