What's involved?

To help you decide if employee ownership is the right exit strategy for you and business, we will give you up to 3 days free support via an experienced adviser.

This support will review all business succession options open to you. Where employee ownership is identified as a potential exit solution, we will undertake an employee ownership feasibility study. This report will examine potential ownership structures, governance, management, funding and how a transition would occur.

Once you have submitted your enquiry an adviser will be in touch to discuss your needs. To help inform this discussion they will ask for a copy of your business plan and, if available, the last three years' of your company accounts.
