Chefs from Métro France visit Scotland

A cross-sector chefs’ trip to Scotland for a group of six French chefs and the new Head of Gastronomy at Métro France, to showcase Scottish seafood, meat, dairy, soft fruits, spirits and other premium, ambient ingredients.

At the end of the week, the French chefs will cook a meal using the Scottish produce they have discovered and will be inviting along a group of Scottish chefs to taste their recipes.
