As part of the Community Empowerment (Scotland) Act 2015, we help community bodies to identify Scottish Enterprise assets that may be available through asset transfer. We maintain a register of land which, to the best of our knowledge, is currently owned or leased by Scottish Enterprise.

The act empowers community bodies to make requests to Scottish Enterprise for any land or buildings they feel they could make better use of. Community bodies can request ownership, lease, or other rights.

The full register is available below, and if requested we will make arrangements for members of the public to inspect the register, free of charge, at reasonable times and in a location determined by the relevant local authority. This does not mean that a paper version of the register must be produced.

We can also provide information from the register in alternative languages and formats if required.
