Delivering service excellence is an interactive and facilitated workshop, designed to develop participants knowledge, understanding and application of service excellence.

Leading service excellence:  two day programme

Leading service excellence is an interactive and challenging course to develop managers, team leaders and supervisors who have a responsibility for managing the customer experience in their business.

Glasgow Welcomes: online

This two hour online module can be used as an introduction to customer service for new team members or as a refresher course for experienced staff. 

The module can be completed in short sessions over a two week period, making it flexible and business friendly.
