Heathrow Airport challenges

Passenger facing robotics

Heathrow Airport require an automated solution to the problem of intermittent heavy periods of passenger enquiries, primarily for the connecting flight section of the airport but also for general direction enquiries.

The challenge is to run until 1st May 2018.

Staff and passenger safety reporting

Heathrow Airport Operations Centre are looking at ways to improve reporting on staff and passengers in the airport at the time of a catastrophic disruption. Current reporting is done retrospectively, ideally the new solution would utilise innovative technology to provide a live view.
