Create efficient ways of working

Work practices can often make or break a company and research has shown that introducing different ways of working can increase productivity significantly.

Getting started

Ask yourself these four questions to find out if your company has the right business practices in place to evolve and stay competitive:

  • Do I understand my organisation’s strengths and weaknesses?
  • Do I use digital solutions to support agile, creative and innovative teams?
  • Do I want to attract a more diverse workforce?
  • Could my company grow through co-ownership and collaborative business models?

“The team have now taken on the management and marketing of the Sea View Snugs, because Vicki and I are very focused on the new venue. The day-to-day running and idea generation is very much managed by the team.” - Duncan McConchie, Laggan Outdoors
