What's the programme about?

This programme is for leaders who want to develop the self-awareness, strategic foresight and the influence needed to lead change effectively. 

Delivered over several months, the programme covers:

  • Diagnostic insight – you’ll use leadership profiling and feedback to build self-awareness and identify your development priorities
  • Workshop modules – sessions cover strategic foresight, adaptive leadership, high-performance cultures, influence, talent, resilience and personal leadership
  • Individual coaching – one-to-one coaching will help you to apply learning, work through challenges and strengthen the impact of your leadership
  • Workplace application – you’ll focus on a live challenge in your organisation, turning your learning into action and measurable progress
  • Digital support – online resources, tools and learning materials will help you to prepare, reflect and continue learning between sessions

What's the programme about?

Our programme is for ambitious leaders who want to move beyond awareness and take a more strategic approach to AI, data and technology. 

Delivered over 10 weeks, it's structured to build capability step by step, from core understanding through to action planning and implementation. 

  • Week 1: full-day workshop – builds the foundations of AI, data and technology leadership
  • Weeks 2 to 4: half-day workshops – explore opportunities, organisational impact, governance, risk, people and implementation
  • Weeks 2 to 10: individual coaching – will help you apply learning and strengthen decisions in your organisation

The workshops are delivered through August and September 2026.

What's the session about?

A focused, half-day session for strategic, ambitious leaders who have completed our leadership tool and now want to turn the findings into clear priorities, aligned leadership behaviours and practical next steps that support delivery and innovation. 

We'll help you identify what matters most, understand the leadership patterns behind it, and agree a small set of actions you can begin within the next 30 to 90 days.

By attending you'll get:

  • A clear view of the key patterns from your leadership tool results (what’s helping and what’s getting in the way)
  • A leadership-level view of how behaviours are affecting strategic execution  
  • A clear discussion of your current balance of risk and innovation and the implications for growth and resilience
  • A peer challenge: compare approaches with other senior leaders and leave with practical ideas you can adapt
