Glasgow City of Science and Innovation (GCOSI) is regional innovation partnership that connects academia, government, and business. It highlight Glasgow's diverse innovation assets to attract talent, investment, and creativity – ensuring a firm innovation foundation to support and grow the regional economy.

GCOSI influences regional innovation strategy and delivers impact through a range of pioneering projects and programmes. This includes the CAN DO Innovation Event Programme – a focal point for driving new ideas and innovation in business to benefit people, productivity, and planet, which has attracted over 7,000 attendees since its inception. This Programme includes the Art of Possible fringe events and Scotland’s national innovation headline event – the CAN DO Innovation Summit.
