Dedicated to enhancing our HR processes, we’re improving our overall employee experience through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. Join our HR team as a talented People Analyst, and you’ll help us create a dynamic, supportive workplace.
The role
As a key contributor to our HR team, you’ll play a pivotal role in leveraging HR systems and data to drive strategic decision making. Your expertise in HR Information Systems (HRIS) will be central to streamlining processes, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include:
- HR systems management – taking ownership of our HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring optimal configuration, data accuracy, and user support. You’ll provide expert guidance on system functionality and help drive adoption across the business. Experience with iTrent is highly desirable.
- System optimisation and process automation – identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes through system improvements, automation, and integration. You’ll work with IT and vendors to implement changes that improve efficiency and user experience.
- Data analysis and reporting – collect, analyse, and interpret HR data to identify trends and generate insights. You’ll develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects to support strategic decisions.
- Stakeholder collaboration – partnering with HR and other departments to understand their data and system needs, delivering tailored solutions and insights that support their goals.
- Data integrity and governance – ensuring the accuracy and consistency of HR data through regular audits, quality checks, and system controls.
- Project support – providing data and systems expertise to support HR projects, including system upgrades, policy changes, and organisational development initiatives.
- Training and documentation – creating user guides and process documentation and delivering training to ensure the effective use of HR systems across the organisation.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Business Objects
